Talent comes in many forms and creating stories with images can be powerful. Aris Jerome is an up and coming director who is “ chasing my (his) dreams and just living life.”

Aris has a natural gift because he does great work yet has “ never been to film school.”  When asked to describe the process of directing he states, “ My most recent video had all my ideas. I scouted all the locations. I put my ideas in and work on a treatment. When everything is together and ready, we start shooting. I also edit all of my videos.” When you view Aris’s music videos, you will see that they are short films that send a message. Aris says he is a “ fan of videos with a message you can learn from so I try an add what I can.” Aris loves music with messages that tend to tell stories so it is no surprise that he lists artists such as Nas, Erykah Badu, Kanye West and Kid Cudi, as people he would one day like to work with. But, Aris doesn’t just want to direct videos, “ I would like to explore the whole film world and get into making short films, commercials and move up to making feature films.”  Aris  will do all of what he sets out to do because he is humble, focused, hard –working and gifted as a passionate director. When asked where he saw himself in 5 years, Jerome simply and beautifully states, “ In 5 years I see myself traveling the world and filming it. I will never stop doing what I do.”
